FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in the year 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is found in the biggest industrial place in northern Italy. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in constructing pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, different kinds of forklifts, presses, farming machinery and prefabrication molds.
The business started crane production during the year 1963. Eventually, the company pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
FMgru currently produces and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machinery are engineered and designed for various applications and there are units available to cover all construction needs.
Several units provide really flexible lifting options for businesses which are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are among their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
